#MondayMotivation

Last year I experimented with a “Hashtag week” and some of you really liked it. So with the start of this year, I thought that I would add this as a recurring event on this blog. The plan (at least for now) is to have the last week of the month be a “Hashtag week”. “Oh, but Thursday is February already” – you say. Yes, I am aware. For the purpose of this series, I will consider the last Monday of the month as the beginning of the last week. Sue me! No, please, do not.

Today, think back to the last time you were happy. Truly happy. Close your eyes and visualize that moment. If it has been a while, try and figure out what makes you genuinely happy.

When you nail that down, make a plan to do ONE thing today that will help you get a step closer to re-living your happiness, to living your dreams.

(If you do more than one thing, that is great. More power to you. But let us face it – it is Monday, so we are allowed to take it slow.)

Monday will pass easier and quicker if you realize that you are living it with a purpose, and that it is just another stepping stone on your way to great happiness.

My motivational song for today:

“Things look so bad everywhere
In this whole world, what is fair?
We walk blind and we try to see
Falling behind in what could be”

P.S. Yes, I created the header image. You like it? Heheh…

Stay golden,
