Appreciation 4 appreciation.

*** NOMINATION NO. 12 (out of 15) ***

FROM: Novus Lectio, who posts poems, inspirational pieces, sketches and more.

QUESTIONS FOR ME (and my answers):

  1. The five things that make you happy?
a good book, the sun, nature, tea, some people

  2. Which adventures would you love to have before you die?
It would be nice to see more of the world, but I am content with my life. Whatever may be will be.

  3. If you could be someone else for 24 hours who would you be?
A day is not long enough for making a true difference. Maybe my significant other?

  4. The one thing you love about yourself?

  5. What goals do you have for yourself now?
Be happy with my life and proud of my choices. And learning anything and everything. Simple really.

  6. If you were the richest person on earth what would you do?
I would take care of my family first, then I would invest into hard working people who are having a tough time. Pay people’s medical bills. And much more.

  7. If you were reborn in a new life would it be in the past or future?
Most definitely in the past. Things were rough, but I would probably fit in much easier.

  8. Would you like re live your life again?
Not really. I remember the good times. I cherish the memories. I remember the bad times. I learned valuable lessons. The past is the past.

  9. If there were no cars available would you ride on a camel?
    Why not?

  10. Some say that in a near future there won’t be enough food for everyone, insects would be the solution. Would you accept to live out of insects?
Insects are too small to sustain us. But I am not grossed out by them.

  11. How often do you follow new bloggers ?
I read blogs every day now. I might discover a new blogger through a comment they made on someone else’s post. Sometimes I look at the latest blogs posted and see if any of them catch my eye. First Friday is an event I often frequent. I was once a new blogger, so I know how hard it is.

Help me get to know you.

  1. How long can you go without human interaction (I mean in real life, not online)?
  2. Do you have a particular phobia? What is it?
  3. Do you think people can change and why?
  4. What is the most annoying trait someone can have?
  5. Do you know how to swim?
  6. What is your favorite thing to spend money on?

    1. Sure, just follow the rules. Create a new post on your blog, copy the image for the award from the Internet or the first page of my post. Then, mention that you got nominated by me, answer the questions I came up for you, form new questions and nominate other bloggers that you want to recognize. It sounds more complicated than it really is.

  4. Congratulations on all your awards! I appreciate the nomination but do not participate. In the spirit of community I will offer a couple of blogging tips here for newbies:

    1. Set goals. Each writer blogs for different reasons. It can be easy to get swept up by all the activity, creativity and fun in the blogosphere. Think about why you blog. Set your own goals for how many posts per week, length, and topics.
    2. Track your goals and posts with an editorial calendar. It’s a way to curate your work and easily draw from for sharing posts from your archives or using a past post for a new development.

    Bonus tip: have fun!

    1. Thank you for sharing your tips. They are definitely spot on. I’m thinking about incorporating a calendar to my blog, but I’m not quite sure how I want to do it just yet.
      Thanks for stopping by, Charli!
