Award ceremony – May 2018

*NOMINATION NO. 1*
*REAL NEAT BLOGGER AWARD*

(See page 1 for thanks and intro.)

FROM: TMoSW. (Somehow, after reading the acronym of your blog’s name, I came up with “Thomas” as the name for you. I know it is not so, but I cannot seem to remember which initial you use for yourself.) So, “Thomas” blogs about his life and about his walks in the woods. Not only are his stories interesting, but his pictures catch my eye on a regular basis, too. Go check it out, people!

RULES:

  • Display the award logo.
  • Thank the blogger who nominated you and post a link to their blog.
  • Answer the questions of the one who nominated you.
  • Nominate other bloggers.
  • Ask them some questions.

QUESTIONS and ANSWERS:

  1. Why do birds suddenly appear? As opposed to what? Waiting for an invitation and then texting you they are on their way?

  2. Β Is music important to you? I find it very important to me. It fuels my day. It accompanies my every mood. It relaxes me. It energizes me. It sparks my creativity.
  3. Favorite type of sorbet? Sorbets are not really my thing. Not that I do not like them, but I just never seek them out. The last one I had was strawberry. And I did enjoy it. It was on a plane, so it was quite an unexpected treat.

  4. Do you use a thesaurus? Yes.

  5. Why do you do this? Now, how did you know I was going to say “Yes”? What if I said “no”? Would you have felt foolish for asking a question I would never get to answer? I do like searching for synonyms every now and then.

  6. Where is your favorite holiday destination. Depends which Holiday we are talking about. If we are talking about vacation, then I do not have a favorite. I would like to go where I have not been yet.

  7. Hat or no hat? Which hat? Winter? Or a cap? Overall, hat. But not for 24/7.

MY QUESTIONS:

  1. Sweet or salty?Explain.
  2. Coughing or sneezing? Explain.
  3. PC or laptop. Explain.
  4. Sitting or standing. Explain.
  5. How do you feel when people ask you to explain your thought process?

    1. I do an award post on the last day of every month, so if you nominate me the day before, it’s quick, but if you do so on the first of the month, you end up waiting the whole month.
Again, thank you for the nomination.

      1. My blogging is easily explained. I live alone, I don’t work and I love the writing process. On my blog there is a page called Envy which contains a story I have been writing. It is basically a piece of self-indulgence but with an audience of two, we boys don’t need a lot of encouragement to continue with a task. Have a good day and thanks for stopping by.

  1. For me February was the month I looked and worked forward to.
The month of the big change. I thought all my problems were going to be solved.
That didn’t happen, but the most bothering issues I was able to flush down the toilet.

Independence is very important to me too. But I think I have made people and myself believe that I don’t need any help at all.
But I do. I’m too proud to ask or accept it.

You are actually the only who nominates me for these awards.
I have been nominated in the past, but kept declining them, so no one ever bothered any more πŸ˜‰
    I will get to it!

    1. Life would be too nice if all our problems were solved, so I am glad that you at least managed to get rid of one of your issues.

RE: independence… I so understand and can relate.

I am so bad with those nominations, because so many people don’t do them, so many people are nominated a million times a day, so many are MIA. And when I do “whoever wants it”, it doesn’t feel as special, and no one does it. I have to come up with a better strategy.

      1. I actually started to enjoy the awards. It gives me an opportunity to write more positive posts. All of my other stuff is more heavy and dark even.
        Keep β€˜em coming! πŸ˜€

  2. Time for thinking over the long and full of surprises and success you’ve walked πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—(and to get rewarded for the great job πŸ˜‰πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—)
