Award ceremony – May 2019. Receiving and giving.

The sun is shining, the birds are singing, the mosquitos are biting. Summer is in full swing here. It went from Winter to Summer, without stopping at the Spring station. We really couldn’t live without the sun. Last time I checked, I still need fuel (food and water), but I swear I am solar powered, too. Sun turns my frown upside down.

This month’s awards are so fitting.

To those that nominated me – thank you for adding even more sun to my bright days.

To all the other readers – thank you for sticking by me. I could not do it without you. I mean, I could, but it wouldn’t be NEARLY as fun.

Please mingle. Explore other bloggers. You might just find something you like. I do not nominate too many, so you can visit them without worrying about eating or sleeping.

  1. Yaaaaaayyyy! Three truly is my lucky number! 😂 💃
I feel like I’ve made it in life! And hey! You introduced me better than I introduce myself. 😊
Thank you, Goldie! It’s been an honour walking with you in this amazing journey.

    And congratulations on your awards!

  2. Holy!! How did I not get a notification about this? Thanks for the nomination. I only realized when I saw a weird referrer on my stats pade and the link brought me here. This is awesome and thanks again.

    1. Maybe you don’t have pingbacks enabled?
I always rely on them. However, I know they don’t work 100% of the time. But I still choose not to go and tell those that nominate. I hope they see it for themselves. Plus, not everyone likes doing those, so I don’t want to pressure anyone.

  3. Congrats to Obinna! Your answer, “I believe I got rid of some habits thinking they would hurt me, while now, I think they would have helped me and I shouldn’t have gotten rid of them.” got me thinking. I hadn’t looked at bad habits that way, to see how they have positive sides.

    1. I’m glad to hear. Even though my posts are full of my personality, some people say that they would like to see more of me. These posts allow me to do that without turning my blog into a lifestyle one (or whatever category that fits best).
Thank you for such humbling words.
