Award ceremony – September 2019. Receiving and giving.

*NOMINATION NO. 3*
*THE REAL NEAT BLOGGER AWARD*

(See page 1 for thanks and intro.)

FROM: Joshua, who writes short stories and bite-size horror pieces.

RULES:

  1. Put the award logo on your blog.
  2. Answer the questions asked by the person who nominated you.
  3. Thank the person who nominated you and add a link to their blog.
  4. Nominate any number of people, linking to their blogs and let them know you nominated them by commenting on their blogs.
  5. Come up with questions for the people you nominated.

Joshua’s QUESTIONS and my ANSWERS:

  1. What is the craziest thing you’ve ever done? If given the chance, would you do it again?
What is considered “crazy”? According to my standards, I lead a pretty dull life. Some people say me jumping into a fight is crazy. Yes, I’d do those “crazy” things again.
  2. If you were to meet a genie, what three things would you wish for?
I’d ask for the ability to teleport myself to wherever I want at any given time. I’d wish for happy and healthy lives for my loved ones. And maybe a lottery win.
  3. Do you consider yourself to be an introvert or an extrovert?
I think I am both. Life has taught me to be an introvert. Usually, it’s the other way around (introverts turn extroverts), but not with me. In the right company, I am the life of the party. People drain me, and I become introverted.
  4. In the future, humanity makes contact with an intergalactic alien species. You get the honor of presenting five pieces of art (music, books, TV shows, movies, etc.) – What do you pick?
What an interesting question. I think I would pick various paintings throughout the ages. That would allow them to see the changes in our society and culture.
  5. What is the accomplishment you’re most proud of?
    Being right here, right now.
  6. If you could rid the world of one thing, what would it be?
    Dishonesty/ lies.
  7. If animals could speak human languages, which species would be the rudest?
    Mosquitos/ flies

My NOMINATION:

Until further notice

My QUESTIONS:

  1. Do you ever get tired of blogging? Why?/ Why not?
  2. Were you ever stranded somewhere? Please tell the story. (delayed flight, lost keys, etc.)
  3. What is the last home-cooked dinner you have eaten?
  4. What defines a successful blogger?
  5. Do you prefer to drive a car or ride a bus?
  6. Please pick one of the questions that I answered above and answer it yourself.

  1. Dumbness?

I talk to myself out loud.

I’m with you on the damn bugs.

You’ve mentioned teleportation…twice. Would you believe me if I told you that humans used to have the ability to trans & bi-locate?

    1. Dumbness. It’s a thing. The informal meaning.

This post was VERY lengthy. I am in awe, knowing that you actually read through it. It just goes to show that I could really use a teleportation device. Bi-locate? That’s interesting.

      1. I looked up dumbness. I couldn’t find it. But, our language evolves.

When we were full soul humans, we could translocate all over the planet…and, yes, bi-locate. We used to be far more powerful. We didn’t need teleportation devices until much later when we started to lose our abilities. The devices are still dotted around the planet but, sealed up. One was destroyed in an earthquake just to the west of Greece (underwater, now).

  2. Guilty as charged 😉

You and I agree on many things (dumbness of people, winning the lotery), but weather wise we don’t go hand in hand!

Also you post pictures of a moose and tiger, i’ll just rudely assume they are for me 😉
My latest obsession are also sharks!

I will do the award, as soon as I have a laptop!

    1. It’s true. I cannot understand why you like the weather that you do, but… I respect your choice 😀

The beginning of the post was inspired by you, so you are more than welcome to take the moose and tiger. Sharks are cool indeed.

      Awesome!
