I would like you to take the opportunity to pet yourself on the back. But do not do it just because every kid gets a participation trophy. Do it because there is something you are proud of achieving this year.

It is my professional opinion that two-day-weekends are just too short for us to reset, do stuff outside of work, have fun and prepare ourselves for the new cycle of madness. With three-day-weekends, we would be in a better than "It is Monday again?" frame of mind on Monday. We would be more motivated and happy.
